Win a Newborn Photo Shoot with Anne Geddes!

I. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Win a Newborn Photo Shoot with Anne Geddes! (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) begins 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), March 21, 2025 ("Start Date") and ends 11:59 p.m. ET, June 20, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor, Launchpad Studios, LLC’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

II. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to mothers (“Mother(s)”) of infants (“Infant(s)”) who are eight-months of age and younger, and legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii), the District of Columbia (“D.C.”), as well as residents of Canada, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (exceptions-must be 19 years of age or older for those that reside in provinces of British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Nova Scotia, and Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon, and States of Alabama, Nebraska, and 21 years of age or older in state of Mississippi) as of the date of entry. Officers, members, directors, representatives and employees of Launchpad Studios, LLC (“Sponsor”) and Anne Geddes, LLC (“Prize Supplier”) and any of their respective parent companies, dealer-partners and affiliates, franchisees, licensees, distributors, suppliers, subsidiaries, advertising / promotion/judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Sweepstakes, Compliance Sweepstakes Services (“Administrator”) (collectively, the “Released Entities”) and the immediate family members (defined as spouse, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, siblings, - whether biological, adopted, step or in-law) of such individuals, or persons living in the same household as such individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial/territorial, local and municipal laws and is void outside the Territory and where it is prohibited by law. By participating in this Promotion, entrants (and their parents or legal guardians if entrants are deemed minors in the jurisdictions in which they reside) agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of the independent Promotion Administrator, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Promotion. If an entrant is a minor, s/he must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the Promotion. Sponsor, or Prize Supplier, or Promotion Administrator may require proof of consent at any time and in any manner they deem appropriate.

III. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES

Internet access is required. An individual is deemed a Participant (“Participant” “Mother” or “you”) in the Sweepstakes if eligible as per Eligibility requirements (Section II) and enters the Sweepstakes by visiting the Internet address: https://Learnfromannegeddes.com and follows the prompts to register. Participants are required to provide their full name, mailing address, phone number (used for winner contact only), e-mail address and their Infant’s name and date the birth. This Sweepstakes is open only to Mothers of Infants (“Infant(s)”) who are eight-months of age and younger. Twins are allowed. Upon completion of the registration, you receive One (1) Entry (“Entry”) into the random Sweepstakes drawing. Limit One (1) Entry per person/e-mail address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries received from any person/e-mail address in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated or mechanical means or by any means which subvert the entry process are void. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute regarding Entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of Entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. Eligible Participants who are under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (at least 18) agrees to obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before entering the Sweepstakes. Entering via the online Entry Form is the only way to enter this Sweepstakes.

If a Participant opts to enter via a wireless mobile device (which may only be available via participating wireless carriers and is not required to enter the Sweepstakes), standard text messaging and/or data rates may apply for each message sent or received from your handset according to the terms and conditions of the service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers’ rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Participation in this Sweepstakes by mobile device means that you understand that you may receive additional messages by mobile device relating to this Sweepstakes, including notifying you if you are a winner, which may be subject to charges pursuant to your carrier’s rate plan. Text messaging may not be available from all mobile phone service carriers and handset models. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your phones capabilities for specific instructions. Entry Limit: One (1) Entry per Mother per eligible Infant.

IV. DRAWING, NOTIFICATION AND ODDS:

One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner (“Winner”) is randomly selected on or about June 27, 2025, by a third-party administrator (“the Administrator”), an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential Winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within two (2) calendar days of the initial notification, or does not respond with complete contact information as requested by voice message, or whose phone provider indicates that the phone number is invalid or unable to receive the communication (even if ultimately delivered thereafter), or found to be ineligible, cannot or does not comply with these Official Rules, or if his/her prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential Winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of winning in this drawing depend upon the number of entries received by the time of the drawing.

V. PRIZE (“Prize”):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner receives a two-hour Anne Geddes’ Photo Shoot (“Photo Shoot”) of the Winner’s Infant. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $8,000. (USD). In addition, the Prize includes: one (1) final retouched photo print of the Mother’s Infant: 2-night hotel accommodations (ARV $1000); and a $800 travel allowance for roundtrip airfare for Winner and Infant. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize Pool is $9,800. (USD).

VI. PHOTO SHOOT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Grand Prize Winner’s 2-hour Infant Photo Shoot is to take place in Anne Geddes’s New York City’s Photo Studio and must be completed prior to August 15, 2025. The photo session date is to be determined according to Anne Geddes’s schedule. The concept of the Infant’s image is to be styled by Anne Geddes. The Photo Shoot will be comprised of the Mother’s Infant only. Photo Shoot must take place on dates specified or Prize may be forfeited by Sponsor or Prize Supplier, who will have no further obligation to such Winner. Sponsor and or Prize Supplier reserves the right to change dates. Winner receives one (1) final retouched photo print of the Winner’s Infant.

VII. USE OF PHOTO SHOOT IMAGES:

The information provided by the Winner Mother about her Infant will be used by Sponsor and Prize Supplier’s organizations, its subsidiaries, licensees, successors, and assigns, with the right to use, publish, and reproduce, for all purposes. The Infant’s images may include props and products. The Infant’s printed image and electronic recordings may be utilized in any and all media including, without limitation, cable and broadcast television and the Internet, and for exhibition, distribution, promotion, advertising, sale, press conferences, meetings, and in brochures and other print media. This permission extends to all languages, media, formats, and markets now known or hereafter devised. This permission shall continue forever. By entering the Sweepstakes, the Grand Prize Winner (Infant’s Mother) waives the right to receive any payment for use of any of the material described above. All photos, images, content captured in the Grand Prize Photo Shoot becomes the property of the Sponsor and Prize Supplier. By entering this Sweepstakes, the Winner grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the Grand Prize Winner’s name, address (city and state only) and Infant’s photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. The Winner waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the content.

VIII. TRAVEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for scheduling and paying for the roundtrip air transportation, which will be reimbursed by Sponsor up to a total of $800 (USD). Airfare that exceeds the $800 limit is to be the responsibility of the Winner. If Winner resides within a 100-mile radius of the Prize Supplier’s NYC Studio designation, Winner will not receive the full air travel reimbursement portion of the prize, but a $400 travel allowance. All hotel accommodations are to be made through the Sponsor’s Travel Agent, who will make every effort to confirm reservations as requested. Accommodations are subject to capacity controls, availability, blackout dates and other restrictions, all of which are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Winner may be required to provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in. The Winner is responsible for all meals, tips, gratuities, service charges, taxes, hotel room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long-distance telephone calls, site-seeing excursions and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these Official Rules or Sponsor’s provided travel itinerary. Winner is also responsible for all ground transportation between airport and hotel, and the hotel and Anne Geddes NYC Studio. It is the sole responsibility of the Winner to obtain and travel with the required documents to satisfy the entry requirements of United States and Canada as necessary. Winner is responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations. Winner must execute liability/publicity release (“Prize Acceptance Release”) prior to issuance of travel documents. If Winner requires a Guest, a signed Travel Companion Release (“Travel Companion Release”) will be required. Winner is responsible for all fees associated with the Guest’s airfare, if it should exceed the $800 airfare part of the Prize. The travel part of the Prize, consisting of services for the Winner, Infant and Guest requires the Winner, Infant and Guest redeem the Prize together. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. The Photo Shoot is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. Prize details and availability are subject to change, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide the Winner with the Prize won, the Sponsor may elect, at the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, to provide Winner with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. The stated ARV of the Prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor at the time these Official Rules were drafted (and any difference in ARV at the time of awarding will not be awarded) and the value of any Prize awarded to a Winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. An unclaimed Prize will be forfeited. All properly claimed Prize elements will be awarded. The Sponsor, the Prize Supplier and their agents are not in any way responsible or liable for damages resulting from shipping and handling, loss, use or misuse of any Prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. All decisions by Sponsor and Prize Supplier as to the Winner and the Prize are final. The Photo Shoot must be completed by August 15, 2025, or Prize will be forfeited. Additional Prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Winner at the time of notification. The total value of the airfare and hotel accommodations cannot exceed $1,800.00 (USD). The Anne Geddes’s Photo Shoot part of the Prize makes the total Grand Prize Pool ARV $9,800 (USD). Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. If, for whatever reason, Sponsor is unable to provide any element of the Prize, no compensation or substitution will be provided; however, remainder of Prize will be awarded, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to Winner.

If at a time before travel has commenced, the Winner becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the Photo Shoot Prize due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option of: (a) being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the Prize award; or (b) at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, extend the period during which the Prize may be awarded for a period equal to the duration of the prize Winner's disability or illness, in which case certain Prize components may not be available. The Winner must prove such disability by a doctor's certificate, which certificate shall be endorsed by another physician agreeable to Sponsor and Winner at Sponsor's expense.

IX. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All local, state, and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Winner receiving a Prize valued over $600.00 is required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release if a U.S. resident, or a Declaration of Compliance, for a Canadian resident (collectively the “Prize Acceptance Release”) and return it within five (5) days of notification. Winner may also be required to send a copy of their passport, driver’s license, or birth certificate as proof of age and residence. A Winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number before a Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. Parents or legal guardians of the Grand Prize Winner under the age of majority in their state of residence or province may be required to also sign the Prize Acceptance Release in order for the Grand Prize Winner to receive their Prize. The Prize Acceptance Release is subject to verification by Sponsor. A U.S. IRS Form 1099, or an IRS W8BEN Foreign Status Form for a Canadian Winner (collectively “Tax Form”) will be issued in the name of a Winner, the parent or legal guardian of the Winner who is under the age of majority in their state or province of residence. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and an alternate Winner may be selected for the Prize at issue.

A selected potential Canadian Winner is required to correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic, or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question posed by mail or telephone. If the selected Winner fails to answer the skill-testing question correctly within the time allotted, Administrator will provide the potential Winner with the opportunity to correctly answer a second (and if necessary third), different skill-testing question. If the second and third question are not answered correctly within the time allotted or if other requirements are not met, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential Winner will be randomly selected by the Administrator from all eligible entries as provided above. Upon completion of the skill-test a Winner must complete and return the Sponsor’s Prize Acceptance Release. A Canadian Winner may be required to pay tax on their U.S. winnings in Canada, as the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) taxes worldwide income for Canadian residents. It is important for Canadians who win a U.S. prize to understand their tax obligations and seek professional advice to ensure they comply with tax laws in both the U.S. and Canada. Failing to do so could result in penalties and additional taxes owed. By completing and returning the Prize Acceptance Release, and accepting the Prize, the Winner confirms compliance with these Official Rules, acknowledges that the Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be substituted or transferred.

X. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled messages, notifications or entries; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Entities are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part because of any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications, equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Promotion by any party, or any federal, state, local or provincial government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsors’ control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence). Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries. If terminated, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the potential winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INCOMPATIBILITY OF ENTRANT’S HARDWARE, SOFTWARE OR BROWSER TECHNOLOGY WITH SPONSOR’S HARDWARE, SOFTWARE OR BROWSER TECHNOLOGY. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person eighteen (18) years of age or older who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

XI. PRIVACY AND OPT-IN:

Any personal information supplied by you to the Sponsor will be subject to the Sponsor’s privacy policy posted at https://Learnfromannegeddes.com/privacy-policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, you grant the Sponsor permission to share your e-mail address and any other personally identifiable information with the Released Entities for the purpose of administration, Prize fulfillment and to send you e-mails about their products and services. You may opt out of receiving future e-mails from the Sponsor by clicking on the unsubscribe link contained in any e-mail and following the online directions for opting out of future promotional emails. You will remain eligible for this Promotion whether or not you opt out of receiving promotional e-mails from the Sponsor. Sponsor will not sell, rent, transfer or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party other than as described above herein or in its respective privacy policy.

XII. RELEASES:

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes Winner’s agreement to hold harmless Sponsor and Released Entities (refer to Section II) from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, losses or damages to any person (including death) or property of any kind arising in any way from or in connection with their participation in this Sweepstakes, the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Prize offered. The Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their Prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance or performance of the Prize.

XIII. GOVERNING LAW/DISPUTES:

By entering, Participants agree that (1) all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be (i) governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Arizona without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, (ii) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Arizona or the appropriate Arizona state court; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, but in no event including attorneys' fees, disbursements or court costs; (3) under no circumstances will a Participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket costs; and (4) any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts serving Scottsdale, Arizona and Participants, and the parties consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these Official Rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

XIV. ARBITRATION:

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute, claim, or demand related in any way to the Sweepstakes will be decided by binding arbitration. All disputes between you and the Sponsor, of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of these Rules, shall be submitted to Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") for binding arbitration under its rules then in effect in the Scottsdale, Arizona area, before one arbitrator to be mutually agreed upon by both parties. The parties agree to share equally in the arbitration costs incurred.

XV. WINNER LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES:

The name of the Winner will be announced at Learnfromannegeddes.com and other Social Media platforms on or about June 30, 2025, or after the Winner has been verified. A copy of the Official Rules or the Winner’s name and state of residence can be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped business-size envelope to: Compliance / Win a Newborn Photoshoot with Anne Geddes!
